1 Introduction and Applicability

Welcome to the ek33e platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the ek33e website and all its services. These Terms apply between ek33e ("we", "us") and the user ("you", "member").

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Rules

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, bank account or mobile banking number is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered, all accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. If any details change, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ek33e supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for any method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if KYC verification is incomplete or a security review is required, the process may be delayed.

Withdrawals will be sent only to the same method and name registered on your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 KYC Verification

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. To receive the bonus, select the applicable promo code or offer on your first deposit after registration.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Winnings from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.3 Wagering Calculation

The wagering requirement is calculated based on the total bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, you must wager ৳15,000 (15×1,000) before making a withdrawal.

6 Betting Rules

All bets on the ek33e platform are conducted under fair and transparent rules. The following rules apply to all games and betting activities:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• Winnings resulting from a software error or technical malfunction are not valid.
• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
• In the event of a dispute over the result of any game, ek33e's system log will be treated as the final evidence.
• In live casino games, the decision of the dealer or game host is final.

7 VIP Program

ek33e's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is calculated every Monday and is withdrawable subject to the applicable wagering requirements. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the associated account.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek33e platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using accounts strategically to meet bonus conditions (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform or attempting to manipulate the software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, threatening or attempting to deceive other members.
• Opening an account with false information or concealing identity.
• Using third-party software or bots to play games.
• Using ek33e's intellectual property, logos or brand without authorisation.

If any of the above violations are proven, ek33e reserves the right to cancel the account without prior notice, forfeit the balance and take legal action where applicable.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by ek33e

ek33e may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Suspicion of security breach or fraud.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (generally 12 months).

9.2 Closure by the Member

ek33e's maximum liability shall under no circumstances exceed the amount you have deposited in relation to the relevant incident.
